We will be featuring a demo and optional mini-workshop by our very own Larry Hemmerich. Larry will demonstrate doing pastel on canvas, discussing preparation, application and preservation of pastels.
We hope you will join us! If you live out of the area, we will also be connecting our members via Zoom.
Come early at 9:30 a.m. for refreshments and socializing.
To participate in the General Meeting via Zoom, log-in information will be provided within a few days of the meeting.

Mini Workshop
Following our general meeting, Larry Hemmerich will be our mini-workshop instructor. Larry will provide handouts, and participants can work from his photos or bring their own. The focus will be creating rock and boulder formations in the landscape. (See the syllabus below.) Participants can bring their favorite paper and pastels appropriate for the values suitable for this subject matter. The surfaces he intends to use are canvas and LuxArchival Paper.
Time: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. following the General Meeting
